Alaska Airlines, Inc. (“Alaska”) seeks on its own behalf and on behalf of Horizon Air Industries, Inc.
(“Horizon”), SkyWest Airlines, Inc. (“SkyWest”), and Finnair OYJ (“AY”) to permit AY to sell its
scheduled international service between Canada and Finland by selling transportation in its own name
on flights operated by Alaska, Horizon, and SkyWest between points in the United States of America
and points in Canada, from on or about June 1, 2022, for an indefinite period.
