Air Canada hereby submits notification on behalf of itself and Croatia Airlines, pursuant to section 60 of the Canada Transportation Act and section 8.2 of the Air Transportation Regulations, to permit:
Air Canada, while providing scheduled international service between Canada and the European Community, to sell transportation in its own name and apply its own code on flights operated by Croatia on licensed international routes.
Croatia Airlines, while providing scheduled international service between Canada and the European Community, to sell transportation in its own name and apply its own code on flights operated by Air Canada on licensed international routes.
