Persons who intend to file an objection or an offer are required to do so by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, December 23, 2019.
The applicant may file its answer to any objection or offer with the Agency by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, January 2, 2020
and copy them to the respondent(s).
The respondent(s) may file a reply to the applicant's answer by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, January 6, 2020.
Filings in response to this Notice must be sent to the Secretary of the Canadian Transportation Agency and copied to the applicant.
