The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) continues to receive a high volume of air travel complaints. As a result it may take in excess of 24 months before your complaint can be reviewed. Once your complaint is ready to be assigned to a CTA resolution officer, you will get a start notice sent to the e-mail address you used to submit your complaint. After the start notice has been issued, the review of your complaint will be completed within 90 days.
