This dashboard lists the decisions and orders issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency for eligible air travel complaints since September 30, 2023, as required by section 85.14 of the Canada Transportation Act. This list is updated quarterly.
Complaints that include multiple issues (i.e. a flight delay and lost baggage) or multiple outcomes requested (i.e. compensation for inconvenience, refund and reimbursement of expenses) may have more than one order in a decision.
